We need your help to continue our mission to enhance our customers' lives. As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you'll work with great people and use your skills in listening, understanding and problem-solving to provide clear information to our clients and brokers, about the choice and value provided by GMS.

What will you do as a CSR?

  • Promptly answer incoming phone calls or emails, providing accurate and appropriate information to customers and brokers.                                                                                                                                                    
  • Identify, research and resolve customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.                                                                                                                                                          
  • Promote and sell products over the phone using product knowledge.
  • Process a daily deposit for customer transactions.
  • Create system records to maintain up-to-date client profiles.
  • Maintain an up-to-date working knowledge of product, service and program information.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of internal GMS departments, key processes and people.
  • Effectively partner with staff in other GMS departments to solve customer problems.

 The qualifications we're looking for:

  • High school diploma, or combination of education and work experience.
  • Prior experience in a call center, financial services, an administration background or equivalent industry experience would be considered an asset.
  • An understanding of MS Office.
